Mitch McConnell has to go

Maybe he didn’t get the memo on Nov 2, 2010. The groundswell of conservative voters who went to the polls don’t care to hear about “it’s complicated.” I call bull.

McConnell says Republicans are ready to cut federal spending but says banning earmarks is not a realistic way to do that. — CBS “Face the Nation”

Sure, earmarks may only be 1% of the pork in the budget. Gotta start somewhere though, and this is as good a place as any.

Hey Mitch – you are part of the problem. You need to be the next one voted out of office.

It took both parties to get us into the hole we are in. Maybe the Republicans are marginally not as guilty as the Democrats, but when they had power we didn’t see any concerted action to undo any big dollar programs. In fact, the last Republican congress upped the ante.
They had better take this election seriously. It wasn’t about ‘them’. It wasn’t about the fact that they are Republicans. It was about the fact that the voters want accountability – and they will have it, one way or the other.

      Agreed on all points.
